The good life is to be savored here with us, on a wonderful journey back in time.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with something warm and wintery in your glass – the perfect little appetite starter. Then, you can relax and enjoy an exquisite 3-course dinner, inspired by French culinary artistry, at Restaurant Bandak. Winter brings a wealth of flavors that we are proud to share with you. The menu is a tribute to the delicious seasonal ingredients, such as root vegetables, fresh greens, and other flavors that capture the essence of the cold season. Each dish is carefully crafted to highlight the best nature has to offer during this special time of year.

After dinner, you can wind down the evening by the fire in our grand lounge, where we invite you to enjoy storytelling and piano music.

A lovely à la carte breakfast will be served the following morning after a good night’s sleep in our historic rooms. Of course, you are also welcome to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in one of our historic salons before returning home to 2025.

The restaurant has a dress code in the evening and we want our guests to dress nicely (trousers, shirt, suit jacket etc.) and it is possible to borrow a suit jacket at the hotel.
