You will be welcomed with a warm, winter-inspired drink before you “move in” to one of our historic rooms. Afterward, you are invited to enjoy an exquisite three-course dinner in Restaurant Bandak, inspired by French culinary art. Winter offers a treasure trove of flavors, and we look forward to sharing them with you. The menu celebrates the season’s wonderful ingredients, such as root vegetables, fresh greens, and other flavors that capture the essence of winter. Each dish is carefully crafted to highlight the best nature has to offer during this time of year.

After dinner, you can relax by the fireplace in our grand lounge, where we invite you to enjoy storytelling and piano music – the perfect way to end the evening.

In the morning, enjoy a delicious à la carte breakfast after a restful night’s sleep in our historic rooms. You’re also welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee in one of our charming lounges before heading off into 2025.
