About Vest-Telemark Museum Eidsborg:
Vest-Telemark Museum Eidsborg offers a modern museum building, a farmyard with over 30 buildings, and one of the world’s oldest wooden structures, Stålekleivloftet from the year 1167. Not least, you will find the historic Eidsborg Stave Church, which can be dated back to the 12th century. Here, you have the opportunity to experience the region’s rich cultural history up close, through traditional buildings, art exhibitions, and fascinating collections that span from the Middle Ages to the present day.

The package is available during the Vest-Telemark Museum's 2025 season, from May 1st to September 15th*.

10:00 The museum opens* - Visit the museum at your desired time.
14:00 Afternoon Tea in the salons
15:00 Check-in
18:00 - 18:45 table setting, 3-course menu (exact time will be informed at check-in) 
22:00 Storytelling in front of the fireplace for all hotel guests
 

Day 2:

08:00 - 11:00 À la carte breakfast
11:00 Check-out

Free on-site parking, electric car charging available via EasyPark.

Dining:
The hotel reserves the right to adjust times to guarantee the best experience for all hotel guests.

Dress code:
The restaurant has a dress code in the evening and we want our guests to dress nicely (trousers, shirt, suit jacket etc.) and it is possible to borrow a suit jacket at the hotel.

Payment:
All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking.

*Afternoon Tea is unfortunately not offered for allergy sufferers, if anyone in the traveling party needs a gluten-free diet, you must inform us in advance and we will offer you an alternative.

*The museum is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. You can choose when you wish to go on the tour. Remember to show the booking confirmation from the hotel. Please note that opening hours may be subject to change by the museum.
